Overview

  • Deploy the annual marketing plan in coordination with internal teams, from concept through to tracking results.
  • Lead multichannel campaigns (email, web, social, content) with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Produce and coordinate marketing materials: sales presentations, brochures, product sheets, and digital content.
  • Manage digital communications: writing articles, newsletters, SEO optimization and updating website content.
  • Organize events (webinars, trade shows, customer days): manage vendors, invitations and performance follow-up.
  • Support the sales teams with sales enablement tools and close collaboration on the opportunities generated.
  • Analyze marketing performance (leads, ROI, traffic, conversion) and propose concrete optimizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's to Master’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent
  • First professional experience (3–5 years) in operational marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong command of digital channels (SEO, email marketing, social media, analytics)
  • Highly organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with marketing tools and CRM (WordPress, Pardot, Salesforce)
  • Preferred: Experience in the industrial, software or IT services (ESN) sectors
  • Knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem (3DEXPERIENCE, SOLIDWORKS…)
  • Business-oriented with a focus on lead generation
