Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator
Meril is expanding its Cardiovascular business in France and is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the development of its commercial and marketing activities.
This position plays a key operational role in ensuring structured execution, regulatory compliance and seamless coordination across sales, marketing and headquarters functions.
Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the French commercial organization by managing marketing operations, coordinating healthcare professional engagements and ensuring compliance-driven processes are properly executed.
The role is central to maintaining operational excellence within a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate national and regional marketing events (advisory boards, workshops, congresses, educational meetings)
- Manage venue coordination, vendor relations and logistical planning
- Prepare and track required documentation prior to events
- Support congress planning and execution
- Ensure structured follow-up and reporting of marketing activities
- Monitor marketing budgets related to events and initiatives
Compliance & Healthcare Professional Engagement
- Coordinate consultant agreements (advisory boards, speaker contracts, expert meetings)
- Ensure all required documentation and approvals are completed prior to engagement
- Liaise with internal compliance, legal and finance teams
- Maintain structured tracking of contracts and payments
- Support transparency and regulatory documentation processes
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers in marketing initiatives
- Coordinate internal approval workflows and documentation processes
- Maintain structured databases and reporting tools
- Contribute to process optimization as the organization expands
- Act as a key interface between the French team and headquarters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or related field
- 2–5 years experience in marketing operations, commercial coordination or healthcare industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in French and English
