Responsibilities and Duties:
- As the Marketing Manager, develop and implement growth plans based on the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee promotional plans to meet operational needs, aligning with the company's business model to achieve marketing goals and conversion targets.
- Analyse user profiles, manage user acquisition, oversee customer experience, and develop customer management systems.
- Establish management protocols, monitor team performance against targets, and adjust operational strategies as needed.
- Lead in planning, strategy, and execution of Pop-Up and/or new store openings to drive traffic, revenue growth, brand awareness, and increase loyalty.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing in fashion/retail and pop-ups
- Extensive local network in France and commitment to long-term regional development. Experience in cross border e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills and familiarity with France's market trends and culture.
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated learner, team player with innovative thinking and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Outstanding business analysis, comprehension, and logical thinking skills. Mature experience in merchant marketing systems and methodologies.
- Experience in launching new projects (0 to 1) and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in marketing and performance management.
- Ablility to speak and write in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus

Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position based in France
