Position

Title: Marketing / Social Media & Growth Intern (Paris, full-time / part-time)

Duration: 2 months (with possibility of extension)

Start date: As soon as possible (flexible)

Location: Paris, in-person (with flexibility for remote work)

Compensation: First 2 months without mandatory compensation. If extended beyond 2 months, compensation according to French internship regulations (€4.35/hour ≈ €667/month full-time), plus possible benefits (transport allowance, product discount, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose a marketing & growth strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging content: reels, videos, stories, posts, visuals.
• Manage posting schedule, content calendar, and community engagement.
• Analyze social media performance (KPIs, engagement, growth).
• Suggest and support influencer collaborations and creative campaigns.
• Assist with email marketing and/or offline promotional actions (events, pop-ups).

Profile

• Student or recent graduate from a fashion school or business school (fashion, marketing, communication, digital strategy, or related field).
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Strong interest and experience with Instagram & TikTok (you know what's trending and how to translate it into creative formats).
• Creative, proactive, and independent, with a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Languages: English required; French and Dutch are a plus.
• Basic skills in design/video tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.
