Marketing Manager, Continence Care
About the Role
Continence Care (CC) Marketing Manager – French market. Report to the CC Commercial Director. Lead the development and deployment of the French brand plan, aligning global strategy with local market needs. Drive execution of multi-channel campaigns, product launches, and education and KOL engagement strategies. Coach and develop the marketing team and direct‑to‑consumer advisors.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Shape the Strategy: develop and implement the annual brand and service marketing plan, blending global direction with local priorities, legal requirements, and budget considerations.
- Drive Execution: lead robust marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring strong cut‑through and measurable impact.
- Launch with Impact: deliver flawless execution for key product launches, supported by compelling medical education and KOL engagement strategies.
- Lead the Team: coach and develop a talented marketing team (Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist) and Direct‑to‑Consumer advisors.
- Collaborate for Success: work closely with global marketing, sales, clinical, and cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and maximize impact.
- Measure & Optimize: define KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine campaigns to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Manage Resources: oversee the A&P budget, ensuring ROI‑driven decisions and competitive intelligence to stay ahead in the market.
About You
Accomplished marketing leader with over a decade of experience, ideally within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. Proven ability to turn strategy into actionable plans and deliver results in complex, competitive markets. Digital marketing expertise, strong team leadership, collaboration skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to innovation and development.

- Product/service marketing campaign implementation across multiple channels.
- Digital marketing expertise to customers/patients.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with sales, operations, SFE, etc.
- Knowledge of medical device industry selling process.
- Core marketing principles, brand development, positioning, integration with clinical data.
- Understanding of local medical device industry and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of local market/key customer groups and customer needs.
- Excellent analytical skills, digital footprint insight (websites, social, community, mobile, email, paid media).
- Experience in a matrix environment with stakeholder interactions and team culture development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with innovation.
- People‑management skills and open‑minded communication.
- Working knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation, content management system.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written) – essential.
- Master’s degree in marketing or similar.
- Experience in sales – strong plus.
- Background in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience delivering projects to tight deadlines.
