The France Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for the local execution of the company’s marketing strategies in alignment with EMEA guidelines with strong focus on Trade Marketing. The role ensures that global and regional brand, product, trade, and communication strategies are effectively implemented in the local market, in coordination with the regional EMEA marketing team. The position will drive local customer engagement, and sell-out through distributors and trade partners. They will manage some local media (mainly channel), local networking with industry associations and will coordinate local events, acting as the local marketing interface to sales.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Local market understanding: key competitors, channels, media.
- Execute Trade marketing at local level across distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Adapt and implement trade marketing toolkits.
- Support distributor agreements and promotional calendars.
- Act as local marketing partner to the sales team, accompanying key customer meetings and events.
- Adapt messaging to local context, including translations with central approvals.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all local touchpoints.
- Coordinate local activities related to the regional communications plans, provide insights.
- Ensure compliance with global and EMEA marketing standards, processes, and timelines.
PROFILE:
- 5+ years of brand marketing, Trade Marketing and sales/distribution experience, ideally within branded business in industrial goods.
- Highly execution-focused and hands-on, strong collaborator with sales teams and external partners.
- Pragmatic, flexible, and solution-oriented. Customer- and market-oriented mindset. Comfortable translating strategy into concrete actions.
