Brand Ambassador

This role will primarily focus on managing and promoting our product line within the market. You will act as the face of the brand, driving product adoption and strengthening retail partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Retail Visits & Relationship Management: Plan and execute regular visits to specialized vape shops and tobacco retailers. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with store owners to ensure optimal product display and brand engagement.
• Market Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor regional market trends and consumer preferences. Share actionable insights with HQ to help shape regional sales and marketing strategies.
• Brand Promotion & Awareness: Negotiate for increased shelf space and product visibility. Execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness across the assigned territory.
• Store Transformation & Representation: Support key retail partners in implementing brand guidelines and promotional strategies to enhance the in-store brand experience.
• Event Participation: Assist in organizing and executing regional exhibitions, in-store events, and other promotional activities to support community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Professional experience in sales, field marketing, or customer service. Experience within the vaping, tobacco, or FMCG industry is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of managing a regional schedule independently.
• Requirements: A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Familiarity with the local retail landscape is preferred.
