Hush is a one-to-one social messaging app where two people actually talk. No profile photos, no AI, just real humans connecting. Live in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and France with 200K+ downloads and 25M+ TikTok views, we're a young social app growing fast and building something genuinely new.

We're hiring our Founding Creative. The person who'll live on TikTok, ship content every week, test relentlessly, and grow a real community around one of the most interesting social apps out there.

What you'll actually do

• Make content. A lot of it. Organic posts, hooks, scripts, edits, ads, you name it
• Test like crazy. Volume over polish, ship fast, see what lands, do more of it
• Run our TikTok, Instagram and any organic channel worth running
• Brief and direct UGC creators
• Use AI video tools fluently (Kling, Veo, Runway) to push concepts out faster than anyone else
• Own performance ads end to end with the team: angles, hooks, scripts, iteration
• Build a real community around Hush. Not a follower count, an actual community of people who get it

You

• Live and breathe TikTok. You can scroll for two minutes and tell us why a video is going to pop
• Native English speaker. Non-negotiable, since we ship for the US, UK, Canada and Australia
• Born to make content. Camera-friendly, fast on edits, allergic to "let's wait until it's perfect"
• Equally excited about organic and paid, you don't pick a side
• Comfortable with CapCut, Premiere, Figma and the full AI toolbox
• Curious and hungry. Junior is totally fine, taste matters more than years

Nice to have

• A TikTok or Reels account that's popped off
• A portfolio, side projects, anything that shows what you ship
• A short mock TikTok or ad for Hush attached to your application
