Paris | International Law Firm

Our client is a leading international law firm looking to recruit a Marketing & Events Manager – France for a highly visible role based in Paris.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, high-impact local marketing initiatives that support the firm’s client, sector and brand strategies.

You will work closely with local stakeholders as well as regional and global teams to adapt international priorities into locally relevant campaigns, manage sponsorships and partnerships, and deliver exceptional client events.

This role would suit a creative, structured and hands‑on marketing professional who enjoys working in an international, fast‑paced and collaborative environment, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end local marketing campaigns for the French market.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality client events.
  • Evaluate and manage local sponsorships, partnerships and external visibility opportunities.
  • Adapt and optimise digital, social media and content initiatives for the French market.
  • Analyse marketing, event and digital performance to provide actionable insights and support continuous improvement.

Profile Required

  • Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven marketing and events experience within a law firm, with exposure to campaigns, brand visibility initiatives, client events and sponsorships.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media, content adaptation and marketing tools.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage strategic projects while remaining hands‑on with operational tasks when required.
  • Comfortable working with partners, senior stakeholders and international teams in a demanding professional environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to €90,000 per annum
  • Discretionary bonus of up to 10%, subject to eligibility and company policy
  • Profit‑sharing scheme, subject to eligibility

  • Executive status / forfait jours, with 12 RTT days per year, prorated where applicable
  • Up to 2 days’ remote working per week after 6 months, subject to approval
  • 1 additional day off for your birthday
  • 2 additional days off during the firm’s Christmas/New Year closure
