Overview

A well-established European solar energy provider serving commercial, industrial, and utility-scale clients is seeking a Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, client communications, and digital engagement. Based at the company's offices in Versailles, this role will define the marketing roadmap supporting B2B and utility-scale customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's overall marketing strategy across C&I and utility-scale segments.
• Lead brand positioning, content production, and thought leadership initiatives around the energy transition.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and CRM-driven campaigns.
• Oversee event strategy, including industry conferences (Intersolar, SolarPower Europe) and customer roundtables.
• Coordinate with sales, project development, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage agency relationships and a marketing budget.
• Lead a team of 5 marketing professionals across communications, digital, and design.

Essential Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 in energy, renewables, or B2B technology.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing in long-cycle, project-based sales environments.
• Experience leading brand and digital strategy.
• Fluent in French and English.

Desired Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.

Salary

€105,000 – €125,000 gross per annum. Bonus and standard benefits apply.
