As Marketing Director – B2B, you will ensure operational continuity, strategic alignment and delivery of key marketing priorities for Tax Free Shopping at Global Blue. Reporting directly to the Global Blue CMO, you will play a critical role in leading the central B2B marketing team and driving impactful marketing initiatives in close collaboration with senior leadership across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring continuity and consistent execution of the existing B2B marketing strategy and operating model under the leadership of the Global Blue CMO.
- Leading and orchestrating the central B2B Marketing team composed of six marketing specialists in an international environment.
- Leading and validating Global Blue’s B2B content creation including white papers, insights, LinkedIn content, webinars and website messaging.
- Driving the creation of sales enablement tools such as sales decks, success cases, product videos and point‑of‑sale marketing materials.
- Overseeing website management, event landing pages and creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency and performance.
- Overseeing CRM usage, and marketing automation strategy to support lead generation, nurturing and performance tracking.
- Coordinating with local marketing communities to ensure alignment and effective deployment of global B2B marketing initiatives.

- Adaptable and comfortable in multicultural environments, adjusting leadership style to different cultures, markets and organisational contexts.
- Experienced in senior B2B marketing roles, having operated within international and matrix organisations.
- Proficient in defining and executing B2B marketing strategies, ensuring consistency across content, channels and geographies.
- Skilled in B2B content development, including white papers, thought leadership, social media, webinars and website content.
- Experienced in sales enablement execution, covering sales presentations, success cases, product videos and point‑of‑sale marketing materials.
- Knowledgeable in CRM and marketing automation tools, supporting lead generation, nurturing and performance measurement.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication at global level; French is a plus.
Contract & Benefits
- Contract type: Fixed‑term contract (at least 9 months), full time
- Location: Levallois‑Perret (hybrid – 3 days remote / 2 days on‑site)
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Salary: Negotiable (fixed base)
- Status: Executive role with people management responsibilities
