International Growth Lead
The International Growth Lead is responsible for leading regional marketing growth, commercial execution, and market expansion across Orascoptic’s European direct markets. This role serves as the primary regional marketing and commercial enablement across Europe, ensuring global marketing strategies are successfully localized, operationalized, and translated into measurable regional growth.
The position is highly cross‑functional, partnering with Growth & Performance, Brand & Campaigns, Creative, Digital Experience, Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, localization vendors, and sales leadership to ensure regional commercial success. The International Regional Growth Lead owns regional go‑to‑market effectiveness by driving lead generation, coordinating localized campaign deployment, managing regional trade shows and field marketing initiatives, identifying strategic partnerships, supporting product launches, and ensuring sales teams have compliant, market‑relevant resources to drive growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Regional Growth Strategy & Market Ownership Owns regional marketing growth performance across all European direct markets. Serves as the strategic regional expert on market dynamics, customer behavior, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Identifies market‑specific growth opportunities, barriers, and commercial needs across all supported countries. Supports go‑to‑market planning and expansion for new country launches including France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. Recommends regional market prioritization, investment opportunities, and scalable growth strategies. Provides ongoing market intelligence and customer insights to improve regional effectiveness.
- Regional Campaign Execution & Localization Coordination Ensures global campaigns are effectively executed across European markets, maintaining consistency while adapting to local market dynamics. Coordinates campaign rollout timing to align with regional opportunities, events, and sales priorities. Partners with Brand and Campaign teams to ensure messaging is culturally appropriate and impactful within each market. Works with Marketing Operations and approved localization vendors to facilitate translation and localisation workflows. Drives adoption of global campaigns within the region, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution discipline across markets.
- Localization Oversight & Market Relevance Identifies marketing assets that require localisation to perform effectively within EU markets. Reviews localised content to ensure accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and alignment with regional expectations. Coordinates localisation requirements, vendor execution, and regional relevance validation. Ensures localised materials are effectively distributed and utilised by regional teams.
- Regional Trade Shows, Events & Field Marketing Leadership Owns strategic planning, budget management, coordination, and execution of all regional trade shows, congresses, CE events, and field marketing initiatives. Develops market‑specific trade show strategies aligned with regional sales priorities and commercial objectives. Manages event budgets, investment prioritisation, vendor coordination, and ROI evaluation across all supported markets. Partners directly with regional sales leadership to maximise pipeline generation and brand presence. Coordinates product launches, campaign initiatives, promotions, and sales enablement efforts within regional events. Evaluates performance through lead generation, pipeline contribution, appointment impact, and commercial ROI metrics.
- Market Intelligence & Insight Generation Monitors competitive activity, customer behaviour, and emerging trends across European markets. Identifies new marketing channels, partnership opportunities, and growth levers specific to regional markets. Provides structured feedback on campaign performance, messaging effectiveness, and market response. Surfaces insights on cultural nuances, customer preferences, and market conditions to inform global marketing strategy. Acts as a key advisor to global teams on regional dynamics and growth opportunities.
- Regional Partnerships & Affiliate Development Builds and manages relationships with regional marketing partners, media outlets, and industry organisations. Identifies and evaluates affiliate marketing opportunities to expand reach and drive incremental demand. Supports continuing education partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand presence and credibility. Recommends partnership opportunities and regional investments based on potential impact and alignment with growth objectives.
- Sales Alignment & Commercial Integration Maintains strong alignment with EU sales leadership, ensuring marketing initiatives support field execution and revenue priorities. Communicates campaign plans, launch timing, and key messaging to regional sales teams. Identifies sales enablement gaps specific to regional markets and works cross‑functionally to address them. Supports launch readiness and ongoing campaign execution from a commercial perspective. Ensures marketing efforts translate into sales opportunities within the region. Coordinates with Marketing Ops and Creative to maintain resource availability and supports regional onboarding for new products and campaigns.
- Decision Authority & Regional Leadership Prioritises regional marketing initiatives within the framework of global campaign strategy. Recommends regional opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives to global marketing leadership. Approves localised messaging adjustments within brand and campaign guardrails. Identifies and elevates regional risks, opportunities, and performance gaps as needed.
- Leadership, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Acts as the primary connector between global marketing and regional execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and accountability. Collaborates across Brand, Campaign, Growth, Sales, and Product teams to drive effective execution. Applies Envista Business System principles to improve regional marketing processes, scalability, and performance. Continuously evaluates regional performance and adapts strategies to improve outcomes and drive growth.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, international marketing, or commercial roles with strong marketing exposure. Experience operating within European markets, with knowledge of regional dynamics, customer behaviour, and regulatory considerations. Proven track record of driving demand generation, campaign execution, and commercial impact in a regional or multi‑country environment. Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams across geographies and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Skills and Abilities Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behaviour across Europe. Ability to translate global strategies into effective regional execution. - Additional Requirements Willingness to travel across European markets as needed. Fluency in English required; additional European language skills preferred.
