Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute impactful PR strategies across key European markets, with a primary focus on France, Spain, and Italy.
- Drive earned media visibility through innovative storytelling, strategic media outreach, and relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and business media.
- Ensure the brand is consistently represented across key press, influencer, and cultural opportunities throughout Europe.
- Partner closely with Sephora PR and social teams to maximize brand visibility and support retail initiatives.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that support brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture high-impact creator partnerships across multiple tiers of influence.
- Manage paid influencer campaigns from briefing through execution and performance reporting.
- Build long‑term relationships with creators through thoughtful engagement, product experiences, events, and ongoing communication.
- Stay ahead of emerging social media, creator, and community trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Lead the planning and execution of best‑in‑class press, influencer, retail, and consumer events.
- Create memorable brand experiences that generate significant earned media value and social engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver events that elevate brand positioning and strengthen community connections.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage external PR, influencer, and communications agencies across Europe.
- Ensure agency partners are aligned with brand objectives, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Act as a key liaison between global teams, regional partners, retailers, and agencies.
Reporting & Budget Management
- Manage communications, influencer, and events budgets effectively.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, media coverage, influencer effectiveness, and ROI.
- Deliver regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
About You
You are a highly connected communications professional with a deep understanding of the European beauty landscape and a passion for building brands through storytelling, culture, and experience.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent French and English speaker; additional Spanish or Italian language skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Established network of French beauty editors, journalists, and media contacts.
- Strong and diverse network of beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and cultural influencers.
- Experience managing communications and influencer activity across France, Spain, and Italy.
- Previous experience within prestige beauty, luxury beauty, skincare, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of the Sephora ecosystem and retail marketing landscape.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets, and campaign reporting.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect brand‑building activity to business results.
