About the Role

As part of our Sales team, you will lead the SDR France team of 10 in guiding their outbound strategy. You will recruit, onboard and coach the team to reach targets, under the direction of the VP of Sales, Pierre Levalet. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, team leadership and our mission.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Management & Animation of a team of hunters

  • Guarantee the performance of the 10 outbound SDRs
  • Participate in the recruitment of new SDRs
  • Drive onboarding and ongoing training in collaboration with Knowledge & Ops teams
  • Animate team activity and support prospecting

Pipeline Generation

  • Collaborate with Growth, Ops & Marketing teams to find new sources of pipeline generation
  • Support SDRs in lead generation during team sessions
  • Ensure good pipeline performance and clear handover to the Sales team
  • Drive the team’s generation of opportunities to convert for Sales

Participation in the Roadmap

  • Contribute to cross‑team projects in collaboration with the rest of the Sales team
  • Participate in continuous process improvement

Skills to Succeed

  • At least 4 years of SaaS sales experience (SDR/BDR/AE), with at least 1 year as a team leader and 2 years as an SDR
  • First experience in team leadership and top performing senior SDR
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Adapt quickly to different interlocutors, whether team members or prospects
  • Data‑driven mindset: commitment to measurement and improvement
  • Structured and proactive, always looking for ways to break bad habits in yourself and your team
  • Motivator to team members through interactions and example during prospecting sessions
