Requirements

- You have at least 4 years of SaaS Sales experience (SDR/BDR/AE) (at least 1 year as a team leader and 2 years as an SDR)
- You have a first experience in team leadership and you have been a top performing senior SDR
- You are bilingual French/English
- You can quickly adapt the way you handle your interlocutors, whether they are members of the team or prospects
- You are driven by data: we cannot improve what we do not measure.
- You are structured and looking for the hack to break bad habits, in you or your team
- You are a true motivator to your team members, through your interactions & setting an example during prospecting sessions.

What the job involves
- As we continue to grow and acquire more and bigger clients, our sales team moves forward in constant development. As part of our Sales team (including Business Development, Account Executives, Sales Operations and Solutions Engineering), you would play a key role in helping us lead outbound strategy for the French market
- The SDR France team consists of 10 people - they are a very welcoming team, appreciative of collaboration, feedback, and constant growth. This role is about helping us guide our SDRs in the team
- The objective is to have you participate in the recruitment, onboarding and coaching of the team and enable them to reach their targets. Our VP of Sales, Pierre Levalet, would be the person guiding you through this role and helping you learn how to become the best Lead for your team
- Guaranteeing the performance of our 10 outbound SDRs
- Participating in the recruitment of your future SDRs
- Driving the onboarding & ongoing training of your team, in collaboration with the Knowledge & Ops teams
- Animating team activity & supporting their prospection
- Collaborating with our Growth, Ops & Marketing teams to find new sources of pipeline generation
- Supporting SDRs in lead generation (extra-listings, prospecting during team sessions)
- Ensuring the good performance of their pipeline and a clear handover to the Sales team
- Driving the team's generation of opportunities to convert for our Sales
- Contributing to cross-team projects in collaboration with the rest of the Sales team
- Participating in continuous process improvement
