Job Description

The transformation of the HR function covering Payroll Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR represents a strategic engagement area, combining strategic roadmaps, RFI/RFP, process optimisation and change management. This role targets an experienced Manager, capable of operating with full autonomy on high‑stakes projects.

Your Missions

  • Solution selection support and assistance with scoping and development of strategic Payroll Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR projects
  • Advisory and support for scoping and implementation of high‑stakes projects
  • Strategic roadmaps (IT & business)
  • RFI/RFP: process and tool adaptation and reorganisation
  • Audit and optimisation of Payroll Administration, Payroll and Time & Attendance processes
  • Transformation of the HR Payroll Administration, Payroll and Time & Attendance function
  • HR Payroll Administration, Payroll and Time & Attendance strategy and organisation
  • Strategy and change management, transformation support

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5), from a top‑tier school or a postgraduate university program
  • At least 5 years of experience within a consulting firm or in roles that provided significant experience in HR Administration/Payroll/Time & Attendance Management
  • Excellent understanding of the Payroll profession and HR Admin‑Payroll/Time & Attendance IS
  • Autonomy and the ability to take initiative in team and project modes will be assets for success
