Manager AMOA Payroll (M/F)

Job Description

The transformation of the HR function covering Payroll Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR represents a strategic engagement area, combining strategic roadmaps, RFI/RFP, process optimisation and change management. This role targets an experienced Manager, capable of operating with full autonomy on these high-stakes projects.

YOUR MISSIONS

As a Payroll BA Manager (M/F), you independently manage one or more of the following projects:

• Solution selection support and assistance with scoping and development of strategic Payroll Administration, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Digital HR projects
• Advisory and support for scoping and implementation of high-stakes projects
• Strategic roadmaps (IT & business)
• RFI/RFP: process and tool adaptation and reorganisation
• Audit and optimisation of Payroll Administration, Payroll and Time & Attendance processes
• Transformation of the HR Payroll Administration, Payroll and Time & Attendance function
• HR Payroll Administration, Payroll and Time & Attendance strategy and organisation
• Strategy and change management, transformation support

Qualifications

You are:

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you hold a degree from a top-tier school or a postgraduate university program.
• You have at least 5 years of experience within a consulting firm or in roles that provided significant experience in HR Administration/Payroll/Time & Attendance Management.
• An excellent understanding of the Payroll profession and HR Admin-Payroll/Time & Attendance IS.
• Autonomy and the ability to take initiative in team and project modes will be assets for success.
