Job Description
HR transformation (organisation, roles, mobility, processes, social aspects, change management) requires deep sector expertise. This role is aimed at an experienced HR Transformation Consultant with a background in strategic and operational HR consulting.
YOUR MISSIONS
As an HR Transformation Consultant (M/F), you work on high-stakes transformation projects.
- Advise on and support the scoping and delivery of high-stakes transformation projects
- Define organisations, roles and mobility and recruitment frameworks
- Analyse the company's professions and competencies and their operational applications
- Lead, prepare and support the social dimension
- Manage and re-engineer processes
- Define the target operating model and trajectory
- Define the change management strategy and conduct impact analysis
Qualifications
Profile:
- With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you hold a degree from a top-tier school or a postgraduate university program specialized in Human Resources or organizational management.
- You are a recent graduate or have 3 to 5 years of experience within a consulting firm and are looking for a role with varied assignments.
- You have a keen listening ability and know how to use the information you gather.
- You are comfortable speaking up and sharing your ideas. Autonomy and the ability to take initiative will be assets for success.
