You manage a 24-room, 4-star chalet-hotel with its restaurant, Le Rosebud, and its espaThis wellness center—swimming pool, sauna, hammam, massages—is located in Lavancher. An independent, Green Key-certified establishment, where management is a hands-on role: you'll be in contact with the teams and clients as much as with the figures. Operations Management: accommodation, restaurant, spa.

Executive position — management or assistant management experience required.

• Team management, recruitment, and scheduling.
• Sales monitoring: pricing, distribution, occupancy rates, and revenue.
• Budget management, purchasing, and cost control.
• Service quality, online reputation, and relationships with partners in the valley.
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations and the company's environmental commitments.
