MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER (M/F)

Are you looking to join a human-sized company? We are offering a Management Control Manager position (M/F) within the finance department, which consists of 8 people.

Missions

• Evaluate and verify the reliability of actual and projected cost prices, as well as margins.
• Managing improvements to management tools (BI, MES, ...)
• Ensure inventory valuation according to accounting standards
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets
• Communicating with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, Sales, etc.) to improve processes and profitability
• Improving cost accounting
• Supervise and lead the team of two management controllers
• To be proactive in proposing solutions to the steering committee to optimize financial performance
• Reporting to the CFO on the progress of the various projects

the profile

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Management Control.You have at least 5 years of experience in management control within a dairy or agri-food processing activity, with a good understanding of industrial flows and cost structure.

You have a:

• Excellent command of Excel and good knowledge of an ERP system
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate with a variety of people.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulousness in data production
• Ability to lead continuous improvement projects
• Prior supervisory experience is a real advantage
