Maintenance Supervisor

Duties will include

• Routine Maintenance
• HVAC Preventative Maintenance
• Plumbing, Boiler, Water Heater Knowledge
• Snow Removal
• Lawn and Shrub Care
• Limited Flooring Installation and Cleaning
• Apply State and Federal Regulations to Ensure Facility Compliance

Schedule and Benefits
