BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is seeking a Full-time, on-site IT Support Specialist in France.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot XP, Windows, and Cisco Jabber applications.
- Support Apple PC users with basic knowledge of Mac OS.
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
- Perform general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues.
- Have broad IT experience with understanding of networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
- Work effectively in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid work permit in France.
- Fluency in the local language (minimum B2 level).
- Several years of professional experience in IT support is preferred.
