Are you passionate about shaping winning technology strategies and engaging with enterprise clients? We are looking for a Pre-Sales M365 Solution Architect to join our team in Paris , playing a pivotal role in securing strategic projects and designing modern workplace solutions for leading organizations.

This is a client-facing, pre-sales focused role where you will work closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to define compelling Microsoft-based architectures and help clients modernize their digital workplace.

The Role

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect , you will be at the forefront of our engagements with strategic clients. You will lead the technical dimension of bids and proposals , design high-level architectures, and position innovative Microsoft 365 solutions that address complex business challenges.

You will bridge business needs, technical architecture, and delivery feasibility to help shape winning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical pre-sales process for Modern Workplace opportunities with strategic clients.
  • Work closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities and define solution strategies .
  • Design secure, scalable target architectures built around Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid environments .
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses , including architecture design, technical documentation, and solution positioning.
  • Present and defend proposed architectures during client workshops, technical discussions, and bid defenses .
  • Ensure proposed solutions are realistic, deliverable, and aligned with best practices .
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to transition opportunities smoothly into project execution .
  • Monitor Microsoft ecosystem trends and integrate market best practices and innovation into proposals.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in pre-sales or solution architecture roles , ideally in consulting or technology services.
  • Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients and support strategic sales cycles .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills , capable of explaining complex architectures clearly.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to bridge sales, technical teams, and delivery .

Required Skills

  • Solid experience designing modern workplace and infrastructure architectures .
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, hybrid identity, and security architectures .
  • Ability to translate business requirements into compelling technical solutions .
  • Experience contributing to RFP responses, proposals, and technical bid defenses .
  • Fluent French and English , with confidence working in international environments.
