Senior M365 Solution Architect — Modern Workplace (Paris / Île‑de‑France, hybrid)

My client A leading Microsoft‑focused consultancy with deep ties to the ecosystem, delivering complex Modern Workplace programs at enterprise scale. You’ll join high‑calibre architects and engineers who shape strategy and deliver outcomes across Microsoft 365, security/identity, and hybrid estates—within a bilingual (FR/EN) environment and with strong backing from Microsoft partnership programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape end‑to‑end Modern Workplace strategy for enterprise clients: define target architectures, roadmaps, and guardrails for secure, scalable Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Design and implement M365 infrastructure across planning, design, build and test—covering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Lead complex tenant migrations , including carve‑in / carve‑out scenarios, with a focus on resilience, collaboration and security by design.
• Own hybrid identity and security patterns around Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory; ensure compliance, governance and performance across the stack.
• Drive pre‑sales and RFP responses : shape solution options, estimates and delivery approaches; translate technical designs into clear value propositions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for onshore/offshore teams; champion best practices, knowledge sharing and delivery excellence.
• Engage senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships from discovery through delivery, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven M365 architecture experience across enterprise environments, with hands‑on ownership of strategy, design and delivery.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams) and hybrid integration patterns.
• Identity & security : Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory design, governance and controls in hybrid estates.
• Migrations at scale , including tenant‑to‑tenant and carve‑in / carve‑out scenarios, with proven delivery in complex organisations.
• Pre‑sales / RFP experience and the ability to articulate business value, estimates and delivery approach to senior audiences.
• Team leadership & mentoring across distributed delivery models; strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Bilingual French & English for an international client and delivery context.
