Smyth & Co in a world-renowned Caribbean luxury resort seeks a Head Pastry Chef to lead a talented team and craft extraordinary desserts. This hands-on role combines creative leadership with excellence in plated desserts, viennoiserie, bakery and chocolate, across multiple outlets.

You will mentor a team of about 5 pastry chefs, drive innovation, and ensure guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury.
