Sales & Design Consultant Paris

Responsibilities

• Design consultant at Luxury Living Group plays a crucial role in managing high-end design projects from conception to completion.
• Support the Showroom Sales Team by providing customers with requested information and advising on acquisitions to ensure an outstanding sales experience.
• Report directly to the Showroom Manager.
• Meet and greet customers entering the showroom, providing an outstanding level of hospitality.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Client consultation: Actively listen to and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to meet their needs and support their decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospect for new ones.
• Offer information and technical support to customers about the products.
• Project management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors and other professionals to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.
• Use company reporting tools (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM).
• Contribute to expanding the company database through client data registration and profiling.
• Support the Store Manager and Retail Director in organizing events and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information.
• Identify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
• Provide support to the Showroom Manager in implementing programs and achieving objectives.

Experience and Education

• Previous experience (2-3 years) in high-end furniture or luxury goods industry is appreciated.

Technical and Soft Skills

• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving orientation and ability to handle stress.
• Polite and customer oriented; team player; positive attitude and enthusiastic.
• Oriented and proactive approach to achieving goals.
