Luxury Event Project Director

ROLE

Event Project Director - Full time on site

You have a Master’s degree from a business school or specialized training in event management and project coordination, backed by at least 8 years of experience (excluding internships or apprenticeships) as a Senior Project Manager/Project Director in an event agency.

You’re known for your rigor, organizational skills, aesthetic sensitivity, and attention to detail.

You’ll join a dynamic team made up of:

PROFILE

You’ll work on high-end and luxury projects for brands that demand the highest standards in design, experience, and execution (beauty, fashion, watches, jewelry, spirits, lifestyle…). From concept to final delivery, your role will include:

• Taking and analyzing client briefs
• Writing strategic proposals and recommendations
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client and the cornerstone of their satisfaction
• Serving as a key liaison between client needs, the creative team, and production
• Strong understanding of logistics to effectively support and guide on-site teams
• Administrative and financial project tracking
• Supplier sourcing and production oversight
• Budgeting skills are a definite plus

MUST-HAVES

• Master’s degree and at least 8 years’ experience in an event agency
• Full fluency in French
• Operational professional English, spoken and written (tested during the process)
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to listen and advise
• Exceptional adaptability and stress management
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
• Autonomy in managing complex projects

SKILLS

• Excellent synthesis and writing abilities
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment with Slack, Office 365, and Monday
• Strong sensitivity to the luxury sector
• At least one confirmed experience on high-end luxury or lifestyle projects
