Interior Design Architect
As part of its development, AW² is looking to recruit a Project Architect with extensive experience in high-end interior design and proven concept design expertise.
About the Role
The Project Architect manages several projects simultaneously, projects of different types and sizes, whether or not they are in the same geographical area. He/she is responsible for the development and production of all phases of the project, from design to execution plans. He/she is in charge of customer relations and is responsible for schedules, the quality of files sent to the customer and the profitability of his/her projects. He/she manages a team (project assistants or trainees) set up for the needs of each project.
Responsibilities
- Manage several projects simultaneously.
- Oversee the development and production of all phases of the project, from design to execution plans.
- Handle customer relations and ensure quality of files sent to the customer.
- Ensure profitability of projects.
- Manage a team of project assistants or trainees.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience minimum in architecture office; working on high-end hospitality projects.
- Fluency in English required
Required Skills
- Interior designer with extended experience on high-end interior design projects.
- Proven concept design expertise on hospitality projects.
- Software: Revit, Autocad, Adobe suite.
- Professional English speaker.
- Project management.
- Management of several people directly.
- Organised, autonomous, initiative.
- Management of customer relations.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Easy and efficient communication.
- Cooperative spirit and ability to work across sectors.
- Management of workload.
- Ability to travel according to projects.
