Logistics Quality Manager (f/m) – Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Toulouse, France
Airbus is seeking a Logistics Quality Manager to join the Quality Logistics department. The role focuses on regulatory compliance and delivery performance across the global product distribution chain, resolving urgent shopfloor logistics blocks, performing on‑site audits, and monitoring logistics providers to protect the Airbus Production Organisation and ensure on‑time aircraft deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Manage urgent operational constraints as the front‑desk focal point to unblock hardware stuck in warehouses and secure FAL production lines.
- Drive audit and compliance activities by performing regular shopfloor assessments (go‑look‑see) of logistics providers.
- Approve new logistics demands through rigorous evaluation of contractual specifications, material protection, and safety risks.
- Challenge and validate root‑cause analysis (8D/PPS) delivered by logistics suppliers following major part damages or material losses.
- Govern quality delegations and manage processing authorizations for inventory transactions within the Airbus ARP system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Aeronautics, Quality, and Supply Chain frameworks.
- Deep structural knowledge of aviation quality certification systems, specifically EN9100 and EASA Part 21‑G (POA).
- Hands‑on proficiency with SAP, especially warehouse and quality modules (MM, EWM, QM).
- Strong capability with standard quality toolsets (PPS, 8D, PDCA); experience in formal auditing or Lean management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French to manage diverse international and cross‑functional stakeholders.
