Logistics Quality Manager h/f

Job Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Logistics Quality Manager (f/m) to join our Quality Logistics department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing regulatory compliance and delivery performance across our global product distribution chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage urgent operational constraints as front‑desk focal point to unblock hardware stuck in warehouses and secure FAL production lines.
• Drive audit and compliance activities by performing regular shopfloor assessments (go‑look‑see) of logistics providers.
• Approve new logistics demands through rigorous evaluation of contractual specifications, material protection, and safety risks.
• Challenge and validate root‑cause analysis (8D/PPS) delivered by logistics suppliers following major part damages or material losses.
• Govern quality delegations and manage processing authorizations for inventory transactions within the Airbus ARP system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience across Aeronautics, Quality, and Supply Chain frameworks.
• Deep structural knowledge of aviation quality certification systems, specifically EN 9100 and EASA Part 21‑G (POA).
• Proven hands‑on proficiency with SAP software and solid experience in warehouse and quality modules (MM, EWM, QM).
• Strong capability with standard quality toolsets (PPS, 8D, PDCA); experience in formal auditing or Lean management is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in both English and French to manage diverse international and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Commitment to act with integrity and awareness of compliance risks.
