Job Description
You will join the Chief Operating Office CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) and more specifically, you will join the TSO Liquidity Solutions team.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Coordinate, analyze, and manage the configuration of requests to implement physical, notional, and multi-bank cash pooling for clients of Natixis and the BPCE group;
- Coordinate and analyze the implementation of cash management solutions at the international level (MT101/MT940/MT942/MT950);
- Manage and provide customer support by responding to investigations and complaints received from the front, from Natixis clients, from sales staff of BPCE group banks on behalf of their clients;
- Alert and report computer and technical incidents related to these products in the dedicated tool;
- Participate in and contribute to various deployment projects and recipes for new business tools with IT.
This position is based in Charenton-le-Pont with the possibility to work remotely.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have experience as a banking operations manager, ideally in cash management.
Do you have:
- Bank client accounting and/or cash management solutions;
- The use of banking processing applications (back office type).
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
- Rigorous and organized;
- Good communicator: you can write and share information in writing, as well as present and communicate information effectively;
- Comfortable working in an international context.
You are proficient in English with a minimum B2 level.
