LIMS/ELN application sales specialist (Paris)
AgileBio specializes in delivering innovative IT solutions for scientific laboratories within R&D, biotech, and pharma industries. Its flagship product, LabCollector, is a user-friendly and modular web-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) that also integrates an Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN). LabCollector is available as a SaaS solution both on the cloud and on-premises, making it adaptable for a wide range of labs from small academic settings to large pharmaceutical groups. The company's mission is to simplify lab management processes while empowering researchers with efficient and tailored solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris for a LIMS/ELN Application Sales Specialist. The role involves driving sales by identifying customer needs, demonstrating solutions, and providing training on LabCollector's LIMS/ELN software. Additional responsibilities include managing sales operations, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and post-sales support. You will also work closely with clients from academic, R&D, and industrial sectors to provide insights and assistance that align with their operational needs.
Participating in a 360 approach from pre-sales, project launch and customer success is key to expand business.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication, both written and verbal, for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
- Experience with Laboratory Skills, including familiarity with laboratory workflows and methodologies.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, including client management, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Ability to deliver effective Training sessions on software functionalities and best practices.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
- Master or PhD degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a laboratory sales position, particularly selling LIMS/ELN or automation solutions, is a strong advantage.
- Good marketing mindset
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Good knowledge of AI usage in a professional environment (ex: sales and marketing powered)
