Legal Manager

Monitor and interpret European laws and regulations, identify potential industry regulatory and systemic risks, develop response strategies and contingency plans, and ensure that all of the company's European entities comply with local legal requirements.

2. Employment & Labour Compliance

Provide legal advice on employment and labour matters, and assist the HR department in handling overseas employee dispute cases.

3. Contract Management

Independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts.

4. Public Affairs

Responsible for communication and engagement with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
