Legal Advisor
Bizzdesign is seeking a proactive and business-oriented Legal Advisor to support its international operations. This role is designed for a legal professional who can balance precision, pragmatism, and commercial awareness in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

The Role – What You’ll Do
As Legal Advisor, you will provide legal guidance across commercial, corporate, and compliance matters.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (SaaS, licensing, NDAs, partnerships)
- Advising on corporate governance and regulatory matters
- Supporting compliance initiatives (GDPR, data protection, security)
- Working closely with Sales, Procurement, HR, and Finance teams
- Managing external legal counsel where needed
- Supporting M&A activities and integration processes
- Providing pragmatic risk assessments and legal solutions
About You – What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Law; qualified in an EU jurisdiction
- 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-driven environments
- Fluency in English, French, and German (verbal and written) is required
- Solid understanding of EU regulatory and data protection frameworks
- Business-minded, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
