The Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction (GCCD) department of IUT1 trains senior technicians in the field of Building and public works over 3 years. The 192h service covers the 3 years of BUT GCCD training. The audience is made up of baccalaureate students from the general stream with scientific specialties, the STI2D technological stream and the professional stream (ENEPS program).
The 3SR Laboratory conducts cutting-edge research in the fields of materials science, solid mechanics and soil mechanics, as well as on the associated risks.
To carry out these tasks, you will need to:
- Contribute to the creation of content in collaboration with the teaching teams (evolution of course materials, supervised assignments,...);
- Carry out the evaluations planned in the different modules (supervised assignments, lab reports, oral presentations...);
- Provide tutoring for students during the internship of BUT1 or BUT2 or their work-study in a company in BUT3;
- Participate in the department's promotional events
You will join one of the research teams of the 3SR laboratory to pursue your activities and develop new research themes.
It is expected that you have the following skills:
- Good culture in the field of Civil Engineering and Sustainable Construction
- Knowledge of building materials and their mechanical, thermal, hydric properties...
- Mastery of the fundamentals of material strength and structural design
- Desired experience in teaching
- Professional experience or internships on site or in a design office
- Sensitivity to adaptation and pedagogical innovation
