Classroom Pedagogy Scenario Evaluator

Your work at IXO

Develop lesson-planning and assessment cases for IXO that test whether an AI recommendation would work for real learners.

Responsibilities

• Plan teaching sequences, differentiate support and assess learning.
• Write reference answers explaining the instructional reasoning and relevant evidence.
• Check instructional quality and suitability for the learner’s age.
• Grade generated material against explicit criteria and explain consequential errors.
• Refine the scenario and rubric so another educator can apply the same standard.

Required experience and preparation

A teaching license, certification or equivalent classroom credential; two or more years of classroom teaching; depth in planning, differentiation and assessment. Clear written English and availability for at least ten hours per week are required.

Preferred experience

Experience across subjects or age levels, curriculum development, instructional coaching or an advanced education degree.

Deliverables and engagement

Deliverables include scenario briefs, reference responses, evaluation criteria and documented model-output reviews. Work is remote and asynchronous; IXO will agree the scope and schedule before assignments begin.

Pay

Pay is $40 $75/hr in USD. IXO will agree the scope, deliverables and schedule before work begins.
