Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the team
- Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs
- Set individual targets and monitor performance — both team and individual
- Coach your team through regular sessions: call reviews, roleplays, field feedback
- Support career progression: Senior SDR, AE, etc.
- Track key KPIs: call volume, call-to-meeting conversion rate, opportunities created
- Analyze CRM data to identify friction points and optimize processes
- Collaborate with Growth and RevOps teams to refine CRM workflows
- Define priority targets with the CRO and AE Managers
- Ensure smooth lead handovers between SDRs and AEs
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales / SDR / BDR with demonstrable results
- Has managed or led a Sales/SDR team (1–3 years) in a B2B environment
- Strong mastery of outbound prospecting techniques — and the ability to teach them
- Comfortable with data: reads CRM dashboards and uses them to make decisions
- Natural leader who inspires others to exceed expectations
- Curious, quick to iterate, and motivated — not intimidated — by a challenging environment
