About the mission we offer you

As a Lead Planning Engineer, you will be a key player in our projects. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including project management, engineering, construction, and our contractual partners.

• Design and implement innovative planning and physical progress measurement systems.
• Ensure functional management of a team of 3 to 5 people.
• Structure projects to optimize their execution.
• Raise awareness among teams about deadlines and ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Assess the impact of modifications and prepare extension of time analyses.
• Plan risk management to reduce costs.
• Deploy 4D solutions for advanced project management.

About you

• Significant experience within an engineering company, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector.
• At least 7 years of experience in planning, with proficiency in Primavera P6. A functional management background would be valued.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• A rigorous and systematic approach, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
