About the mission we offer you
As a Lead Planning Engineer, you will be a key player in our projects. You will collaborate with internal and external teams, including project management, engineering, construction, and our contractual partners.
- Design and implement innovative planning and physical progress measurement systems.
- Ensure functional management of a team of 3 to 5 people.
- Structure projects to optimize their execution.
- Raise awareness among teams about deadlines and ensure timelines are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Assess the impact of modifications and prepare extension of time analyses.
- Plan risk management to reduce costs.
- Deploy 4D solutions for advanced project management.
About you
- Significant experience within an engineering company, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector.
- At least 7 years of experience in planning, with proficiency in Primavera P6. A functional management background would be valued.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A rigorous and systematic approach, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
