Lead AMS IC Design Architect — Cryogenic (100mK–4K)

A leading tech company in Grenoble is seeking a Lead Tech specializing in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design. This role involves overseeing the technical architecture and managing the design process from specifications to GDSII. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both design and simulations, as well as a strong background in semiconductor physics. The opportunity offers a collaborative work environment and the potential for teleworking up to 4 days a week, along with a standard package of 213 days worked per year.
