Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and retain existing clients;
  • Identify client projects that align with our service offering: precisely define the role to be filled and the profile to recruit;
  • Manage and monitor consultants during their client assignments;
  • Use your network of contacts to carry out relevant actions

Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • You have a background working in an IT services company
  • You can manage a full sales cycle
  • You have a network of contacts you can rely on
  • You are honest and transparent in your sales communication
  • You are a good listener and proactive in proposing solutions
  • You have strong adaptability and a good sense of priorities
