A leader in dental CAD/CAM, 3Shape is looking for a Commercial Manager – Resellers for France. 3Shape markets a wide range of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software for dentistry. Our customers include dental laboratories, dentists, and orthodontists.
3Shape is experiencing strong growth in France, and the Commercial Manager will play a key role in realizing the commercial potential of the French digital dentistry market.
As a Commercial Manager
- You are the first point of contact for selected partner accounts and manage them day-to-day
- You engage and support the sales forces of our resellers and their commercial performance.
- You ensure strong rigor and structured administrative follow-up of accounts to develop sales forecasts and support partner’s question.
- You liaise with our production sites for order management and with our headquarters in Copenhagen to implement commercial strategies.
- You collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical solutions teams to align on commercial priorities.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to align local needs with global processes.
- You gather and synthesize market feedback from partners, local teams and other stakeholders to support sales forecasts.
Prepare clear and structured business materials, including slides and performance overviews, for use in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
Your profile
- Business degree from a top-tier university or business school, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, or Management
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, e.g. consulting, business analysis, commercial roles or similar
- High drive and ownership: proactive, self-starting and motivated by a dynamic environment
- Strong commercial and business mind-set
- Curious and analytical who enjoys understanding performance drivers
- Clear communicator and able to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Excellent command of office tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI etc.).
- Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken).
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
