Key Account Manager of France

GAC MOTOR Europe is part of Guangzhou Automobile Group and we are looking for a Key Account Manager of France to implement distribution sales strategy and lead Remarketing, RV and TCO initiatives. The role reports to the Region GM.

Who You Are

You have a background in leading GAC business development from the ground up and are prepared to collaborate with the West Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Development & Management

• Identify, develop, and manage enterprise, corporate group, government, and strategic accounts
• Build and maintain long‑term, stable client relationships
• Explore new business opportunities and drive annual sales targets

2. Business Development & Solution Selling

• Understand client business needs and provide tailored vehicle and fleet solutions
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract terms
• Drive contract signing, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Develop annual and quarterly sales plans
• Own revenue targets, gross margin, and payment collection for key accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and delivery

4. Market & Industry Analysis

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Collect market feedback to support product and pricing optimization
• Identify emerging corporate mobility scenarios (ride‑hailing, logistics fleets, corporate vehicles)

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Marketing, After‑sales, Finance, and Delivery teams
• Ensure smooth execution of large‑scale customer projects
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of fleet sales and remarketing experience in the French automotive industry
• Fluent in French and English; Chinese is a plus
• Experience building a brand/company from 0-1
• Commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, self‑starting and hands‑on
• Flexible for frequent business travel in France
