Our client is a leading international manufacturer in the Home Care industry, with a strong presence across Europe and worldwide. The company operates through own brands, private labels and national brands, serving all major distribution channels.
As part of its strategic expansion, we are looking for a:

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, develop and implement new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.
- Expand ingthe customer base through new client acquisition and market development.
- Driving customer and channel diversification while delivering profitable growth.
- Managing and developing a portfolio of strategic key accounts.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Contributingh to internal alignment and the continuous improvement of commercial practices.
Profile
You have a proven track record in Business Development and Key Account Management within the FMCG sector , gained in an international environment.
You are recognized for your strong negotiation and business development skills. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on and proactive approach to key account management.
You are capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively to collective objectives within an international matrix organization.
Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
This position requires a strong commercial mindset, entrepreneurial drive and a high degree of autonomy.
