To support the fast development of Minth Europe Robotics Business in Western Europe, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive key account development and business expansion in France, Spain and Italy , with a primary focus on major accounts in the automotive and related industries .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key customer relationships, with a primary focus on major accounts in automotive and related industries in France
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Spain and Italy across automotive, industrial and commercial robotics applications
- Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, customer qualification, solution discussion and PoC follow-up to commercial negotiation and order closing
- Coordinate with headquarters, local European teams and business partners to ensure high-quality customer support and project execution
- Build and maintain a strong network of customers, industry contacts and ecosystem partners in target markets
- Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive activities to support regional business strategy
- Support exhibitions, roadshows, client visits and branding activities when needed
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and account development plans on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Automotive or related fields
- Proven experience in key account management, business development or B2B sales in Europe
- Strong knowledge of the French market; exposure to Spain and Italy is highly preferred
- Existing customer relationships and industry network in automotive, robotics, industrial automation or smart manufacturing are strong advantages
- Experience in managing strategic accounts within automotive or related industrial sectors is a major plus
- Strong commercial mindset, negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Able to work independently, manage complex opportunities and drive results in a fast-growing environment
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
Languages
- Spanish or Italian would be a plus
