KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE

  • Act as a key point of contact for MG Motor B2B business, developing sales channels including corporate fleets, dedicated NSC programs, Long‑Term Rental (LTR), and used vehicles.
  • Focus on dealers participating in the Business Center Program by monitoring compliance with required criteria, tracking results and portfolio performance, and supporting prospecting activities. Implement corrective action plans when necessary.
  • Support dealers by defining measurable B2B targets and assisting with action plans through regular field visits to improve performance.
  • Drive the professionalisation of dealer B2B activities by training sales teams, encouraging prospecting initiatives, organising events, promoting the use of partner quotation tools, and supporting local marketing initiatives.
  • Visit local LTR companies to promote MG products through presentations, test drives and portfolio reviews to increase brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to introduce and position MG vehicles within local corporate fleets, building and maintaining long‑term partnerships to drive sales growth (fleet analysis, renewal discussions, proactive commercial proposals).
  • Manage requests and inquiries from B2B tripartite partners, ensuring timely follow‑up and professional communication.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a competitive B2B offering.
  • Collaborate with Sales Area Managers to ensure proper allocation and execution of each B2B deal, overseeing vehicle delivery and registration processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Follow key deals from order to delivery, manage monthly forecast registration.
  • Monitor B2B sales performance and pipeline, providing regular reporting and insights to management on key account KPIs, fleet penetration, and deal profitability, etc.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE

  • Degree from a Commercial School or equivalent.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the local automotive market with a minimum of 5 years of experience in field management, LLD, B2B, Key Account…
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Skilled in using basic computer applications, particularly MS Office.
  • Excellent administrative follow‑up capabilities.
  • Native in French and proficiency in English is a plus.

LOCATION

  • Courbevoie.
  • Travel – about 80% of time.
