Opportunity

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (M/F) responsible for developing the revenue of a portfolio of industrial clients in the consumer goods sector. You will independently manage a portfolio of existing key accounts and prospects.

  • Develop and implement a tailored commercial action plan to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage key stakeholders while crafting and selling customized business proposals.
  • Propose high-stakes marketing solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by developing long‑term relationships and offering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with consulting team to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing / retail (Bac +5) from a business school or university, with at least 3 years of experience as Sales / Business Developer, preferably in the consumer goods and data sector.
  • Results oriented: primary goal is to meet client needs while achieving commercial objectives.
  • Expert in strategic prospecting, building strong relationships from first contact, and ensuring long‑term client loyalty through tailored solutions.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales processes, manage long sales cycles, engage multiple stakeholders, and conduct impactful value demonstrations.
  • Independent sales process management, from prospecting to closing deals, setting own strategy to reach targets.
  • Build solid relationships internally and externally, enjoy working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Persevering, never giving up, staying determined to achieve goals even in face of challenges.
  • Analytical & marketing mindset: analyze data, understand market needs, and adapt approach accordingly.

Recruitment Process
