Key Account Manager - End Customers

Axis Communications has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager - End Customers. This person will drive sales for selected end customer companies, develop and implement business plans for existing and new large end customers, continuously evaluate annual targets, close projects within the account list, and collaborate with all Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post-sales Support) to manage a 360 customer relation.

Responsibilities & Expectations

As a Key Account Manager - End Customers you will be responsible for the sales target, sales KPIs, and development of the assigned accounts. You will:

  • Develop business plans and map the assigned accounts and their complexity.
  • Strategically manage accounts to deepen the Axis relationship across product and solution lines and over time.
  • Identify and influence major stakeholders and ecosystem partners, coordinating activities across company functions.
  • Actively participate in associations, tradeshows, market events, and congresses to create brand awareness and detect new opportunities.
  • Update, maintain and share major account information through Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years in a Sales role in France, National/Key Accounts for large end customers.
  • Experience with indirect B2B sales.
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure preferable.
  • Proficiency in complex sales management in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong account management and team-building skills.
  • Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of physical or cyber security market an advantage.
  • Good level of English (written and spoken).
