Operating across Europe, the company has been supporting major industrial players for several decades through a high value-added offering combining products, services and technical support.
As part of the strategic development of its Aerospace business across Europe, our client is currently looking for a:
Home Office based – Europe
Reporting to the Aerospace Europe Sales Director, this role is responsible for developing, managing and strengthening a portfolio of strategic distribution partners across Europe, while supporting the consolidation of the Group’s distribution strategy.
Key responsibilities include defining and implementing commercial action plans with distribution partners in order to optimize market coverage, market share and channel profitability. The position also involves building long‑term trusted relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the development of sustainable partnerships with major industry players.
A strong understanding of customer organizations, business models, procurement strategies and end markets will be essential in identifying new growth opportunities. In close collaboration with Sales, Projects, Supply Chain and Quality teams, the successful candidate will coordinate tender responses, support commercial negotiations and ensure alignment between direct and indirect sales channels.
The role also includes supporting distributors in promoting the Group’s solutions through training initiatives, product launches and regular customer visits, while contributing to market intelligence and competitive analysis to strengthen the Group’s positioning across the industry.
In addition, the position requires accurate business monitoring through CRM tools and the management of key indicators related to opportunities, quotations, operational performance and risk management.
Holding an Engineering or Business degree, the ideal candidate brings successful experience in Key Account Management or strategic sales within the aerospace, automotive, railway or related industrial sectors, ideally in a B2B distribution environment. Experience working with specialized distributors or within highly demanding technical environments would be considered a strong asset.
The role requires solid expertise in strategic account management, partner network development and negotiations within highly competitive international environments. Fluency in English is mandatory for this European‑level position.
Regular travel across Europe is expected as part of this international role.
