We are partnering with a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company to recruit two experienced Key Account Managers to support continued commercial growth across France. Our client is a dynamic, entrepreneurial global specialty pharma organisation with a portfolio of 20+ brands across Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology, operating in over 160 markets.

The Role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans across their territory, building strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and driving commercial performance in full compliance with French regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage strategic key account plans across your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs, hospitals, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and develop business opportunities and support market access initiatives
  • Deliver compliant product and disease education to healthcare professionals
  • Negotiate and support hospital-level commercial discussions where appropriate
  • Analyse accounts, market trends, and patient flows to inform strategy
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams (Medical, Marketing, Market Access, etc.)
  • Represent the organisation at congresses, meetings, and regional events
  • Track KPIs, report activity, and contribute to annual account planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in pharmaceutical Key Account Management (hospital or specialty care preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the French healthcare system
  • Background in Oncology, Gastroenterology, or Neurology is advantageous
  • Qualified Medical Representative (as per French regulatory requirements)
  • Strategic, analytical, and commercially focused mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in French with good working knowledge of English
  • Confident use of CRM systems and MS Office tools
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel (20-30%)
