Key Account Manager

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (w/m/d) to join our Paris team.

In this role, you are expected to be responsible for:

• According to the group's strategic direction, expand the market and achieve the performance indicators for the team's new product acquisition.
• Responsible for leading the price and business negotiations of new vehicle models from RFQ to quantity throughout the customer's lifecycle (including new order acceptance prices, equipment changes, annual reductions, etc.).
• Promote the new product line of the Development Group on the client side.
• Order management during the development phase and quotation management for after-sales parts.
• Daily maintenance of customer relationships.

Business support

• Assist the team in collecting and organizing information, and coordinate internal system data within the group.
• Assist the team in following up on the progress of VAVE technology improvement cases.
• Lead the reception of customer visits.

Following qualifications and abilities are expected for this role:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficient in English & Chinese, preferred for achieving business proficiency
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Understand the product development process of the host factory and be familiar with customer processes and rules.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, strong logical ability, and a certain level of emotional intelligence.
• Have a sense of teamwork, willing to travel, willing to endure hardship, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
• Having sufficient organizational skills and influence, adept at organizing and analyzing information and numbers.
